This exquisite wine is a harmonious blend of Malbec and Merlot, undergoes a ten-day carbonic maceration, and matures for eight months in concrete vats without added sulphur. The vines, averaging thirty years in age, thrive in clay-limestone soils, with meticulous care involving early pruning and manual leaf removal, adhering to organic and biodynamic principles to embody the essence of their terroir.
Tasting note: This wine presents a deep purple hue, bursting with vibrant berry notes and a delicate floral hint, underpinned by a subtle earthiness.
