Marselan y Monastrell – Valencia Do – Danza de la Moma – Bodega Casa Los Frailes
Vinfication: Crafted from a blend of Marselan and Monastrell grapes, showcases the unique terroir at the foothills of the Dolomite mountains. The Marselan, a hybrid of Cabernet Sauvignon and Garnacha, offers concentration and freshness, while the 65-year-old Monastrell contributes elegance and depth. After a careful maceration period, the wine is aged for 15 months in new French oak, harmonising its vibrant acidity and roundness to create a beautifully balanced and expressive profile.
Tasting Note: It enchants with its vibrant blend of raspberry and black fig aromas, beautifully complemented by earthy undertones and subtle notes of roasted mocha and cedar. Full-bodied and elegant, it showcases ripe tannins and balanced acidity, making it an ideal pairing for hearty meals. The finish is long and harmonious, revealing delightful complexity.
