Primitivo “Pinataro” Puglia Igp – Tagaro
Vinification: A rich, full-bodied red that captures the sun-soaked intensity of Puglia, sourced from sun-drenched vineyards in Apulia. After fermentation, it is matured partly in stainless steel tanks and partly in wooden barrels, a careful balance that preserves vibrant fruit while adding depth. The result is a wine of generous concentration and warmth, where ripeness and structure mingle to create a lingering, satisfying finish.
Tasting Note: A rich, full-bodied wine with a brilliant deep ruby hue, revealing an intoxicating chorus of aromas, black cherry, plum, blackberry, strawberry, violet, spices, vanilla and a hint of cocoa. The palate is lush, velvety, and well-balanced, with ripe dark fruit, soft tannins and a long, warming finish. Freshness and high extraction promise longevity, and its Primitivo, Mediterranean charm, remains characterful and persistent.
