Rosso Piemonte “Vispavola” – Colombera & Garella
Vinification: Grapes are hand-harvested, sorted, and destemmed before gentle crushing. The wine undergoes traditional fermentation without temperature control and minimal additions. After malolactic fermentation in stainless steel, it ages for 12 months before being bottled unfined and unfiltered.
Tasting note: Red ruby wine characterised by flavours of pepper, roses, dark berries, and Mediterranean herbs. It is full-bodied and intense, with smooth tannins and balanced acidity. The finish is peppery, juicy, and persistent.
