Corvinone Veneto Frizzante Igt “Biso” – Tenuta La Ca’
Vinification: The wine-making process begins with manual selection of premium grapes from a vibrant belt. They undergo a 2 to 4-hour maceration before a gentle pneumatic pressing, allowing only the purest free-run must to be extracted. Fermentation occurs at a controlled 10°C using selected yeasts, followed by aging on Noble lees for several months. The wine is bottled by hand during a crescent moon in April, with a secondary fermentation taking place in the bottle for ten months. The end product reflects a commitment to purity and authenticity, free from added sulphites.
Tasting Note: It showcases a pale pink hue and gentle effervescence. Its nose reveals violet and pink grapefruit, with hints of herbs and spice. The palate is lively and fresh, with pleasing salinity and a medium finish. This vibrant wine combines fruity essence with a refined texture, perfect for casual sipping or culinary pairings.
