Vinification: This Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon blend undergoes meticulous vinification, beginning with a 40-day maceration in large oak barrels. Following fermentation, it matures for three years in 20 to 30 hectolitre barrels and is further refined in bottle for one year. The essential presence of sediments ensures the wine remains vibrant. The vineyards, located at an altitude of 110 to 140 metres, benefit from a southern exposure on Ponca-Opoka soil.
Tasting Note: A captivating blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, showcasing fruity notes from the Merlot complemented by the elegant tannins of Cabernet, offering a smooth finish. Its deep ruby hue reveals a bouquet of cacao, dark fruit, and subtle spices. The palate features a harmonious balance of fruit, acidity, and silky tannins, with earthy undertones, and the presence of sediments enhances its vitality.
