Albariño – Rias Baixas Do – Lenda – Pazo Pondal
Vinification: Crafted from the youngest plots of the sustainable vineyards, highlights organic practices and meticulous manual harvesting. Grapes are selected by hand and undergo cold maceration before fermentation with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks. After a six-month aging period on fine lees, the wine develops enhanced texture and complexity, culminating in a carefully curated final blend.
Tasting Note: It captivates with a bouquet of stone and tropical fruits, enriched by vibrant citrus notes. On the palate, it strikes a delightful balance between fresh acidity and roundness, creating a refreshing and approachable experience. Its elegant profile is enhanced by hints of lemon, pear, and floral nuances, culminating in a long-lasting finish that showcases its unique character.
