Brut Nature VSQ Pas Dégorgé “L’Osigo” – Massimo Coletti

Vinification: Blend of 65% Glera, 25% Verdiso, and 10% Boschera. Produced sustainably without chemical interventions, the vineyards are cultivated using sylvoz pruning and feature 20-year-old vines. Manual harvesting occurs in September and October, followed by gentle pressing and spontaneous fermentation. A second fermentation takes place in the bottle using the Col Fondo method, resulting in an unfiltered wine that is aged for a minimum of six months, enhancing its complexity.

Tasting note: A white sparkling wine is refreshingly vibrant, presenting enticing aromas of white fruits, delicate florals, and a touch of fresh herbs. The creamy bubbles create a luxurious mouthfeel, while its completely dry profile leads to a long, mineral finish.
