Prosecco Doc Treviso Frizzante “Phoja” – Massimo Coletti

Vinification: 100% Glera grapes grown in clay soil, without chemical interventions, using the Bellussera sylvoz pruning method. The 15 to 20-year-old vines yield around 125 hectolitres per hectare. Manual harvesting occurs in late September, followed by spontaneous fermentation and a second fermentation in tank via the Charmat method. With six months of ageing sur lies and two months in the bottle, the wine is produced in limited quantities of 15,000 bottles.

Tasting note: A bright sparkling wine with enticing floral aromas and fresh white fruit notes, accented by zesty citrus. The delicate, creamy bubbles provide a pleasing texture, while its completely dry profile leads to a crisp finish with subtle minerality, making it a refreshing choice for any occasion.
