Crafted using the classic method, it undergoes a gentle pressing with a selective 30% must, cold decantation, and controlled fermentation. After bottle refermentation with added must and selected yeasts, it matures on its lees for an impressive 60 months, showcasing a bold zero dosage finish.

Tasting note: A Blanc de Noirs features delicate golden highlights and a nose rich in ripe fruit aromas, finishing with a delightful citrus note. On the palate, it offers a creamy texture and a broad, well-balanced profile, leading to a savoury, mineral finish infused with fruity nuances.
