Soave Doc Classico ” Montestelle” – La Cappuccina
Vinification: It is crafted exclusively from Garganega grapes grown in the esteemed volcanic Monte Stelle vineyard in Costalunga di Monteforte d’Alpone. The grapes ferment and mature in stainless steel, resting on fine lees to enhance their varietal purity without oak influence. This process yields a well-balanced, persistent wine with a distinct mineral profile and notes of fruit, citrus, and almond. Regarded as a cru, the vineyard imparts a unique character, reflecting the commitment of the Tessari brothers to terroir expression.
Tasting note: It offers a delightful bouquet of dusty florals, peach, and yellow flowers, combined with a refreshing vibrancy. It showcases crisp stone fruits, citrus, and white flowers, while its bright straw-yellow colour hints at honey and yellow apple aromas. The palate presents zesty lemon juice and a harmonious, savoury finish.
