Territory and quality are the keywords identifying the Todini Winery production. The winery, equipped with modern technology produces today about 200,000 bottles of red and white wines DOC and IGT. The main grape varieties are Grechetto di Todi and Sangiovese respectively used in the renowned Biaco del Cavaliere and Rubro; other grape varieties, grown in the vineyards and not less important, are Merlot and Cabernet (used for the top wine Nero della Cervara), Chardonnay and Pinot Grigio. The continuous research for an innovative and advanced production gave rise in 2013 to a new red and white wine free of added sulphate: Marte Bianco and Marte Rosso, respectively Grechetto and Sangiovese. Hospitality is an integral part of the Company itself and finds its place in a large and elegant tasting room dedicated to wine tourism activities and events in cooperation with the prestigious Relais Todini and its restaurant L’Altro Vissani Todi.
