Pinot Grigio Organic Doc Venezia – Terra Musa
Winemaking:
The vineyard is characterised by rich clayey and silty soil with a slightly alkaline composition, providing an ideal foundation for exceptional grape cultivation. Thanks to the expertly implemented Sylvoz training system for vine management, we achieve impressive yields ranging from 100 to 110 quintals per hectare. The winemaking process starts with carefully destemming the grapes. The grapes are gently pressed, and the must is immediately separated from the marc. It is then refrigerated and fermented with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature.
Tasting Notes:
It is straw yellow and offers a pleasant fruity aroma when young. As it ages, it develops a distinctive scent of fermented hay, walnut shells, and roasted almonds. It is best enjoyed while still young.
