Sant’Ellero – Chianti Docg – La Ginestra

Vinification: Sangiovese grapes undergo brief maceration using both destemmed grapes and whole bunches. The wine ferments spontaneously without added yeasts and is refined in cement tanks to preserve its purity and freshness. The two parts are then combined and aged in steel.

Tasting note: A fruity, natural red wine with subtle notes of roasted pepper, earthy aromas, and easy-drinking tannins, finishing with floral notes.
