Vinification: cold maceration and three different clones are vinified separately to be assembled later, very ripe grapes, macro filtration.
Filling: 15 months after the harvest

Number of bottles: about 1500 bottles Refinement: for two months in bottle
Tasting notes: freshness, great minerality, only used French clones, hints of green pepper, tomato peel, a sauvignon that combines elegance and a very powerful smell / taste
