Tutto Anfora Rosso – Toscana Rosso Igt – La Ginestra

Vinification: From 17 to 20-year-old vines, this wine is spontaneously fermented, macerated on the skins for at least 10 days, and aged in terracotta amphorae. It has no added sulfites and is unfiltered.

Tasting note: This wine has a beautiful ruby red color and aromas of ash, humus, black pepper, and berries. Its acidity and tannin are well-balanced, and the persistent finish leaves a lasting impression.
