Negroamaro Rosato Salento Igp Celebration – Tenute Emèra
Vinification: It is crafted entirely from 100% Negroamaro grapes, grown in the estate’s vineyards using the traditional “cordone speronato” method. Located between Lizzano and Pulsano, the vineyard soil is a rich blend of silica, clay, and sand. Harvest occurs mechanically in the second half of September, followed by gentle pressing and controlled fermentation. After a brief period of bottle ageing, this Rosato reveals vibrant flavours and a crisp finish, showcasing the essence of its terroir.
Tasting Note: It showcases a delicate and brilliant pale pink colour, adorned with coral reflections. On the nose, it presents a complex bouquet, revealing floral and citrus notes that entice the senses. On the palate, this wine is fresh and velvety, concluding with a long, pleasing finish marked by hints of blueberry and cherry.
