Valdobbiadene Prosecco Docg Extra Dry “Lovrè” – Serre di Pederiva
Vinification: In the scenic hills of Combai, the steep, terraced vineyards thrive in rich, clayey soil infused with organic matter. The grapes are harvested in September, followed by a classic white vinification process. Careful fermentation occurs at controlled temperatures of 19 to 21 degrees Celsius using selected yeasts. The sparkling wine undergoes the Charmat method in an autoclave, enhancing its effervescence while preserving the fresh, vibrant characteristics that define this renowned Prosecco region.
Tasting Note: It enchants with its fine balance of baked apple, zesty lemon, and grapefruit, complemented by a soft, creamy mineral texture. Its pale straw yellow colour is adorned with greenish highlights, and it showcases a lively froth with persistent bubbles. Aromas of white flowers, green apple, and subtle bread crust add complexity, making it perfect as an aperitif or with fish dishes.
