Naturally fermented white wine (ancestral method) from Oltrepo Pavese area, from calcareous-marly soil.
Soft pressing and fermentation for 10 days at 12 °. Aging 3 months in the bottle.
Straw yellow in color, it is lively in the glass. The nose is creamy and soft, with hints of ripe pear and sensations of exotic fruits. The taste is delicate and pleasantly fruity, marked by remarkable freshness and acidity.
