Expression of a native vine

Vinification: cold maceration, pressing,  classical fermentation with maturation in steel bathtub 85% and 15% in used acacia oak, handly batonage, macro filtration.
Filling: 16 months after the harvest Refinement: for two months in bottle
Notes: straw yellow color, freshness, great minerality, very attractive, has the typical scents of chamomile flowers that are in the Istrian Malvasia.
