“Sarraiola” Vermentino di Gallura DOCG Raica

40 year old vineyard not irrigated, planted with old clones of Vermentino grosso,
the vineyard is in Bassacutena at 150 meters high, facing south west, granite and soil quartz, (granitic soil and quartz)
harvested on September 4th when fully ripe, when the grape begins to acquire the typical
amber and pink color of ripe Vermentino, no chemistry in the vineyard as in the cellar only a minimal amount of sulphites,
spontaneous fermentation and maceration with 15% of the skins for 2 months, decanting and bottling, no wood.
