Sant’Ellero Bianco – Toscano Igt – La Ginestra

Vinification: A whole bunch of maceration occurs with Trebbiano and Malvasia vines. Halfway through fermentation, a soft pressing begins. At the end of vinification, 10% of Sangiovese is added, which has been vinified in white.

Tasting note: The aroma delights with notes of white peach and rich floral accents. Its soft, delicate texture envelops the palate, leaving a lasting impression.
