Soave Doc – La Cappuccina
Vinification: A manual harvest of Garganega grapes in late September, ensuring the finest selection. The grapes are gently pressed to extract the must, which is then decanted to separate solids. Fermentation occurs in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, followed by roughly five months of maturation on the lees. While most wines age in steel. Finally, the wine is stabilised and bottled, ready for release.
Tasting Note: It enchants with a delicate fragrance of yellow flowers and exotic fruit. Its palate is juicy, revealing notes of pear, honey dew melon, and a hint of banana peel, all wrapped in a refreshing, zesty finish. With its minerality and complexity, this versatile Italian white wine is effortlessly delightful and food-friendly.
