Rosso Calbin – Pialli
From Tai Rosso, the native grape par excellence of the Berici Hills, an example of classic varietal expression.
Average age of the vines 30 years. Calcareous marly soils and red clays loaded with skeleton.
Collection by hand in small boxes and maceration for 1 weeks in steel tanks, spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Aging 6 months.
Vinified in steel and aged in large wood for 6 months in French oak and cherry wood barrels this wine represents the essence of Tai Rosso, with its fruit and its drink.
