Nebbiolo “il”Langhe Doc – Virna Borgogno
Vinification: Grapes are softly pressed and undergo maceration with grape skins for 7-8 days at a maximum temperature of 26-28°C. The wine is then bottled and aged for 6 months before packaging and shipment.
Tasting Note: Bright ruby-red color that softens with age; a delicate, fruity nose of raspberries and violets that becomes more ethereal over time; dry, well-balanced flavor with good body that softens after aging and lingers on the finish.
