Soft pressingand cold pre-maceration. Submerged cap maceration follows and fermentation in stainless steel.
Intense ruby color on the nose, it has a clear and elegant aroma of ripe fruit with a light mineral finish. On the palate it is sumptuous and with a full flavor of berries
