Rosso Calbin – Pialli
Tai Rosso, the jewel of the Berici Hills, embodies the classic varietal expression of its native grape. Vines averaging 30 years in age thrive in calcareous marly soils and red clays rich in skeletal elements. Hand-harvested with care in small boxes, the grapes undergo a one-week maceration in stainless steel tanks, where spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts begins the journey. Aged for six months in large barrels of French oak and cherry wood, this wine captures the very essence of Tai Rosso, celebrating its vibrant fruit and delightful drinkability.
