Les Trois Frères, Rosé – Domaine Aspras

Very pale pink color with a beautiful spring tinge.
Fine nose with notes of strawberry, raspberry, mint, peach, then white flowers. On the palate, fresh and round with a nice intensity on fruity notes. Soft and elegant wine

Vinification: Night harvest. Destemmed then put in direct pressing (free-run rosé) with gentle pressure (pneumatic press). Settling at low temperature and maceration between 14 ° and 18 ° C. Aging in vats on fine lees for several weeks.
