Vinification: It boasts a rugged landscape of arid, rocky soil infused with iron and limestone. The Malvasia Dileo Selection is crafted from carefully handpicked Istrian Malvasia grapes from the estate’s oldest vineyard. These grapes are softly pressed, with fermentation and aging conducted in non-vitrified concrete tanks. This meticulous process imparts a broad aromatic palette, mingling floral and fruity notes with hints of aromatic herbs, leading to a mineral, sapid finish.
Tasting Note: It captivates with its golden hue and rich body, offering an enchanting bouquet of jasmine, ripe peach, and white rose. On the palate, it delights with stone fruits, almonds, and bright acidity, complemented by subtle mineral notes. The wine is textured and expressive, leaving a lingering, elegant finish that showcases its lively and dynamic character.
