SessaSanta Dosage Zero – Ca’ di Frara Luca Bellani

Classic method V.S.Q. Pinot Noir from calcareous-marly soil.

Soft pressing, selection of 30% of the must, cold decanting and fermentation at a controlled temperature.

Refermentation in the bottle with the addition of must and selected yeasts.

A Blanc de Noirs with light golden reflections. The nose has aromas of ripe fruit with a pleasantly citrine finish. The mouth is creamy, full and well-balanced, with a sapid, mineral and fruity finish.
