Vinification: A blend of 90% Carmenère and 10% Oseleta undergoes traditional winemaking, including maceration and 15 months of aging in oak barriques, followed by a further 12 months in bottle. With its deep ruby hue and 14% alcohol, it boasts an enticing bouquet of red fruits, herbs, and spices. The palate is balanced, featuring ripe tannins and a persistent finish, celebrating the terroir of Veneto beautifully.
Tasting Note: It enchants with its deep ruby red hue and a complex bouquet of herbaceous notes, blackcurrants, and blueberries, enhanced by hints of pepper, cloves, and vanilla.
