Winemaking:
The NV Récolte Noire Zéro Dosage (White Label) is a Blanc de Noirs Brut Nature. The non-vintage base wine is from the 2015 harvest and includes approximately 30% reserve wines from the 2014 and 2013 vintages. Vinification and refinement occur in Burgundy barrels for at least 4 to 5 years, followed by light filtration.
Tasting Notes:
This wine is intense gold and offers a fine and delicate bouquet of pear and lemon, supported by a smoky mineral texture. It also presents floral notes of vanilla and blond tobacco.
