100% Riesling Renano from chalky calcareous soil that characterizes the wine both on the palate and on the olfactory level.
Manual and late harvest. Refinement 9 months in acacia tonneau.
Intense golden yellow in color with light greenish reflections, the nose is intense and complex, on a background of yellow jam, acacia honey, citrus and lime. In the mouth it is fresh but at the same time warm and soft due to the natural residual sugar. Very persistent.
